NSL also offers exclusive leadership programmes for Individuals, School Teachers, School Students and Corporate apart from Certifications that are accepted as authentication of Cognition across the world. Is it meant for me?
If you are the one who is looking forward to head an international corporation, take up an academic position, have a natural drive for research, or wish to take your education ahead, NSL programmes are meant to be stepping stones in your journey to success. NSL programmes are meant for those who want to learn how to think, not what to think both inside and outside-the-box in any situation.

What is the mode of learning?
NSL Fellows study through blended learning, a cognitive neuro-scientific technique that include a wide range of modes including virtual classrooms, leadership conferences, seminars, physical interactive sessions, an exhaustive 5 day campus programme at the NSL Campus at Mussourie or at the NSL Centre of Excellence in Pune, apart from learning from each other where lecture is only part of the process of learning. At NSL, you’ll be pushed to watch movies, ask questions – lots of them – by mentors and your classmates. “Why do you think that is so?” “How does that affect a leadership decision?” “What makes a good leader?” “What are your alternatives?” Fearless and freewheeling debate will give you the confidence to excel in any situation, anywhere, with anyone.

Be prepared for all possibilities. Because there are no clear-cut answers, you'll gain a powerful framework for making decisions throughout your career, in any business situation, in any industry.

A curriculum you can use now, NSL mentors bring their real-world experience as consultants, expert witnesses, board members or even CEOs to the classroom. You'll learn how to assess risk, approach clients, think more strategically and make better decisions along a range of outcomes – the tools you need today and in the future.

I travel a lot. I stay busy most of the time. How do I take classes?
Almost all Fellows enrolled for the NSL programmes are either pursuing other full time courses or busy working professionals. Wherever you are travelling, your NSL classes can be taken from anywhere at any time. So you can keep traveling on work or leisure and not miss classes. The total proceedings of classes, including presentations, interactions, etc. are archived and available. So, if you have missed out a few classes, you can always catch up.
